Complaints and returns

COMPLAINTS

We are very sorry if you have experienced inconveniences related to a product bought at our store. We will do our best to solve the complaint as urgently as possible with a satisfactory result for you. In such case, please give the necessary details and contact us via e-mail on wojtek@matlife.pl.

Don’t forget to check the package at its acceptance together with the delivery man. Should you state any mechanical defects occurred during transport, please contact the Shipper as well as the Seller about it. Any complaints regarding defects occurred during transport shall be considered on the basis of damage protocol signed by the Customer and the Shipper.

Accepted returns and complaints are basis for payment compensation to the benefit of the Customer or, in case of a complaint, for an exchange of the product for another one if it is available, or for a price reduction. The payment compensation shall be made on the bank account indicated by the Customer. Regardless of circumstances, no COD packages shall be accepted.

RETURNS

If the product bought at MATLIFE SPOSTSWEAR does not fulfill your expectations, you can return it within 14 days from its acceptance.

Remember, that the product should not bear any signs of usage and should have all original labels on. In order to return a product, please contact: wojtek@matlife.pl

We will keep you informed per e-mail about the further progress of the case.
